Booking terms

These terms apply to quote requests made on this website and to stays at Masseria Mattiani, Strada vicinale Mattiani, 73012 Campi Salentina (LE), Italy (CIN IT075011B400049594), rented in full as a holiday let by Camp srl (Via Giovanni Rasori 13, 20145 Milano, Italy).

Request and confirmation

The website lets you send a quote request: it is not a booking, it does not hold the dates and it commits you to nothing. We reply by email or by phone with the price and the terms of your stay. Your booking is confirmed once we tell you so, on the terms set out in the quote.

Price

The price is the one in the quote: it is for the whole masseria, up to 12 guests, and includes bed, bath and pool linen, utilities, Wi-Fi and parking.

Arrival, departure and stay

• Check-in from 2 pm to 8 pm, check-out by 10 am. Arrivals outside these hours must be agreed in advance.
• On arrival we need identity documents for all guests, for the mandatory registration with the Italian police.
• The number of guests may not exceed the number booked or the maximum of 12. Pets are not allowed. Parties or events with outside guests must be agreed beforehand.
• The pool is unsupervised and has no gate: guests use it at their own risk and children must always be accompanied.

Third-party services

Cooking classes, home restaurant dinners, transfers, taxis and car rental are offered by independent local professionals. On request we give you their contact: programme, price and payment are agreed directly with them. The masseria does not organise them, is not responsible for them and receives no commission.

Cancellation by us

If, due to force majeure or a calendar error, we are unable to host you, we refund everything you have paid in full and, where possible, help you find alternative accommodation.

Governing law

Italian law applies, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.
